
PROJECT SCOPE
Nine years ago the government invested $50 million into building a network of cycle trails throughout New Zealand. Motu Trails is the Opotiki to Gisborne leg of this national trail network.
This was a complex 3 year project starting from a blank canvas! The brief was to develop the Motu Trails brand point-to-point which involved developing and executing a fully integrated marketing and brand strategy, planning and execution of an integrated, multi-channel brand marketing campaign/s, including the creative strategy and platforms, media planning and selection, communication, public relations and social media/web strategies and initiatives.
